Welcome to Reparent Yourself - Your Journey to Regulate, Reconnect, and Rewrite Your Parenting Story
Becoming the Parent You Needed
From Reactivity to Connection: The Three Steps to Reparent Yourself

Because the hardest part of parenting… is what it awakens in us.
You love your children deeply. But some days, love doesn’t feel like enough. You’ve read the books. You’ve tried to stay calm. You’ve put in the effort, again and again. And yet…You still get triggered and react in ways you wish you didn’t.
You snap when you’re overwhelmed — even though you promised yourself you wouldn’t.
You spiral into guilt after the hard moments.
You catch yourself repeating the very patterns you grew up with — and wonder, why can’t I change this?
You want to raise your children differently — with patience, connection, and confidence. But your nervous system feels constantly on edge. You carry the weight of your past, and even though you’re trying, it’s hard to change when you weren’t shown how.
This course is for you if you want to raise your children differently — with patience, connection, and confidence. If you’re ready for practical, body-based tools to calm your nervous system and show up as the parent you want to be.
You’re not broken. You’re not failing. You were simply never shown how to feel safe enough to parent the way you long to. This isn’t about being perfect — it’s about having the support and tools to steady yourself in the hard moments, so you can respond instead of react.
Every parent’s journey is different. We all carry our own history, stress, and struggles. What matters is learning how to meet yourself — and your child — with compassion, right where you are.
As a mum of three, I know what it feels like to snap and then feel the weight of guilt. But I also know the power of having tools that bring me back to connection, again and again. That’s the shift I want for you: not perfection, but a new way forward, where you and your child can both feel safe, seen, and deeply connected.

When you join, you’ll get access to 6 written modules, including 5 guided meditations, and printable s.
I am Anna, founder of Reparent Yourself. I am a registered counselling psychologist and a mum of three. For the last seven years, I have been navigating the beautiful, messy, and often overwhelming world of parenting—just like many of you. I love my children fiercely but found myself repeatedly caught in cycles of reactivity, guilt, shame and self-blame.
No matter how many parenting books I read or techniques I tried, I kept finding myself triggered—parenting seemed to bring out the worst in me. I felt stuck, and it began to affect how I saw myself and how I related to my children.
Gradually, I started to discover that the key to unlocking more peaceful, intentional, and joyful parenting was to do with my own growth and healing. The journey of reparenting myself transformed our family dynamic. I began responding with calm more often than reactivity, and reconnected with my children on a much deeper level. By no means have I mastered it, and the process has been far from linear — but I’ve stayed calm more often, and I’m finding more joy in parenting than I ever have before.
Now, I want to share with you what I’ve learned on this journey. I wholeheartedly believe that every parent deserves to experience the deep joy and connection that parenting can offer. I’m here to guide you—not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who’s been there and gets it. 💛
